Hi, I’m Tamra – a holistic nutritionist specializing in mental health and addiction recovery.
My journey began when I broke free from a life dependent on medications, and I’ve dedicated myself to supporting others who are on their own paths to healing and recovery. As a certified holistic nutrition professional with over 15 years of culinary experience, I combine my deep understanding of nutrition with my passion for cooking to help you rebuild your health from the inside out.

SERVICES
I offer a variety of personalized nutrition services designed to support your unique journey toward healing, mental wellness, and addiction recovery. Through one-on-one counseling, we’ll work together to explore how the foods you eat can directly impact your mood, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. I’ll help you understand how nutrition can play a powerful role in reducing stress, alleviating anxiety and depression, and supporting healthy brain function. By creating a customized nutrition plan that addresses your specific needs, we’ll work to stabilize your energy, manage cravings, and promote a deeper sense of balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In addition to individual counseling, I offer group nutrition therapy sessions, where you’ll be part of a supportive community focused on recovery and holistic healing. In this collaborative setting, you’ll learn how food can be used as a tool for recovery, not just from addiction, but from the mental health challenges that often accompany it. You’ll gain valuable insights into how nutrition can help regulate emotions, restore brain chemistry, and reduce the risk of relapse. The group setting provides a safe space for sharing experiences, learning new strategies, and receiving support from others who are on a similar journey.
